Joel Embiid Slams Leak of 76ers Team Meeting Details
TL;DR
Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid criticized the leak of details from a team meeting addressing the team's poor 2-12 start, calling the leaker a "real piece of s---." The meeting reportedly included complaints about coaching and Embiid's tardiness, which Tyrese Maxey confronted him about. Embiid downplayed the situation, attributing the attention to his status and acknowledging the need to improve. Despite their struggles, the Sixers remain close to a Play-In Tournament spot, but injuries, including Paul George's recent knee issue, continue to challenge the team.
