"Johnny Manziel Supports Texas A&M Amid Coaching Search, Offers Assistance"
TL;DR
Former Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel has expressed his willingness to help his alma mater in their search for a new head coach following the firing of Jimbo Fisher. Manziel, who led the Aggies to an 11-2 season and a Heisman Trophy in 2012, praised the leadership at Texas A&M and offered his assistance in any capacity. His opinion could carry weight in the coaching search, and there are already rumors linking former Texas A&M quarterbacks coach Kliff Kingsbury to the position. In the meantime, Aggies assistant Elijah Robinson will serve as the interim coach for the remaining games.
