TL;DR

The retro PC game emulator UTM SE is now available for free on the App Store for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro, marking the first time Apple has allowed a PC emulator for iOS. Users can run classic PC games by downloading pre-built virtual machines or creating their own. The app, previously rejected by Apple, was approved after modifications to comply with Apple's restrictions. UTM SE will also be available on the alternative app marketplace AltStore PAL.
