TL;DR

Apple's iOS 17.1 update introduces new features for AirDrop and Apple Music, including the ability to continue AirDrop transfers via cellular connection and a Favorites feature on Apple Music. The update also addresses regulatory issues, such as exceeding radiation exposure limits on the iPhone 12, which led to a temporary ban in France. Other fixes include resolving screen burn-in issues and optimizing crash detection for iPhone 14 and iPhone 15.
