iPhone 17 Pro Rumored to Feature 8x Zoom and Major Camera Upgrades
TL;DR
The iPhone 17 Pro is rumored to feature an advanced moving telephoto lens capable of 8× optical zoom, which could explain its larger camera bump, as it requires more internal space for the new mechanism. This upgrade would allow switching between 5× and 8× zoom without sensor cropping, marking a significant camera enhancement expected in the September 2025 release.
