Nvidia-Powered Windows PCs Preview Next Week

Axios reports that Nvidia and Microsoft will unveil the first Windows PCs powered by Nvidia chips next week, including devices from Microsoft’s Surface line and other makers like Dell, at the Computex show in Taiwan and Microsoft’s Build conference in San Francisco. The move aligns with Nvidia’s push to design Windows-compatible CPUs using Arm tech, even as Qualcomm currently makes Arm-based Windows laptops and Intel/AMD remain dominant. Microsoft is also expected to showcase software to run AI tasks locally on Windows, with neither company commenting yet.
