The lawsuit alleges that White House communications staffers, the surgeon general, and the FBI coerced changes in online content on platforms like Facebook and Twitter. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals had previously extended an injunction to include the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) within the Department of Homeland Security.
