"Threads Unveils TweetDeck-Style Redesign for All Users"
TL;DR
Instagram's Threads has introduced a new column-based user interface, dubbed "ThreadsDeck," similar to Twitter's old TweetDeck, allowing users to pin and track multiple feeds in real-time. This update comes as political discussions, such as the Trump verdict, dominate the platform despite Meta's policy to avoid amplifying political content. The new layout aims to position Threads as a serious competitor to Twitter/X for real-time news and information.
