Southern California experienced back-to-back storms, causing flooding, damage to roads, cars, and homes, and a brief tornado warning in the Ventura County area. Authorities warned residents in wildfire-affected areas about possible mudslides and closed off certain streets. Photos show flooded streets, closed off-ramps, damaged businesses, and cars stuck in the mud. In addition, a parking garage structure partially collapsed during the storms.
