"Exploring the Enchanting Garden Houses of Marlene Ortiz, Florencia Fernández, and Fernanda Garicoche"

Architects Marlene Ortiz, Florencia Fernández, and Fernanda Garicoche have designed a housing complex called "Casas Jardines" in Paraguay. The project aims to integrate with the surrounding environment and contribute to the quality of public space. The houses feature gardens intrinsic to the home, blurring the line between inside and outside. The design preserves mature trees on the site and maximizes natural light and ventilation. The complex presents a unified facade and creates a setback to improve pedestrian permeability and create a more friendly environment. "Casas Jardines" celebrates a way of life that merges with nature and the traditions of Paraguay.
