The Artistic Response to the Russia-Ukraine War.

Mikhail Reva, Ukraine's most famous sculptor, has transformed his playful and humorous creations into darker forms inspired by the horrors of the war in Ukraine. His latest collection, titled Russky Mir, features sculptures made from shrapnel and other bomb remains recovered from the battlefield. The centrepiece is a four-metre-tall sculpture of Moloch, an ancient god, in the form of a Russian bear. Reva hopes to exhibit Russky Mir in major cities around the world. Despite the war, Odesans still seek out his pre-invasion public sculptures, created from a place of "light and kindness".
