Beheading Videos and Wagner Group Accused in Ukraine Conflict

Two videos have surfaced on social media showing beheaded Ukrainian soldiers, with one video allegedly filmed by Russian mercenaries from the Wagner group. The videos appear to be of separate events, with one filmed recently and the other during the summer. The dead soldiers also appear to have had their hands cut off. Ukrainian officials have promised accountability for the incidents, while some pro-Russian social media accounts have suggested Ukrainian forces were responsible for the beheadings. The Institute for the Study of War has reported similar incidents in other regions where Wagner troops were operating.
