"Escalating Violence: Russians Launch Second Attack on Kharkiv City Center"

Russia continues its assault on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, firing anti-aircraft missiles and causing casualties. The governor urged people to seek shelter as explosions were heard in the central district. The attacks occurred just hours after an earlier attack that resulted in one death and four injuries. Russian forces have been targeting other areas in the Kharkiv region as well as the eastern front near Avdiivka and Maryinka.
