Israeli Forces Fatally Shoot Multiple Palestinians in West Bank Clashes

Two young Palestinian men have been shot dead by Israeli forces in separate incidents in the occupied West Bank, bringing the total number of Palestinian fatalities since Israel's bombardment of Gaza began to 290. The deaths mark the deadliest year on record in 18 years, with at least 65 children among the casualties. Israeli authorities have also increased arrests of Palestinians, with over 4,500 detained in the past two months. Settler attacks against Palestinians and their properties have also risen, leading to heightened tensions in the occupied West Bank. In Gaza, at least 18,800 Palestinians, mostly women and children, have been killed in Israeli attacks since October 7.
