Israeli strikes target Gaza militants and rocket-making cells.

Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar revealed that a Palestinian Islamic Jihad cell in the West Bank had started manufacturing rockets to launch at Israel under the direction of one of the senior leaders in the group eliminated by Israel in a series of airstrikes in Gaza. Bar said that the cell was recently foiled by Israeli security forces, and members of the cell were arrested and had since confessed. Bar also revealed an additional cell in Ramallah that was planning to launch attack drones into Israel but was similarly foiled by security forces.
