Russian drones cause massive explosions in Ukraine's Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

A wave of 21 Russian drones attacked the western Ukrainian city of Khmelnytskyi, causing massive explosions and damaging critical infrastructure, educational institutions, medical facilities, administrative buildings, industrial facilities, multi-story buildings, and private houses. At least 21 civilians were injured, and there were confirmed civilian casualties. The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that the attack destroyed an ammunition depot and hangar at the Starokostiantyniv airbase in Khmelnytskyi. Ukrainian forces intercepted and destroyed three missiles and 25 drones overnight.
