Sudan's Ceasefire Falters as Fighting Continues.

Despite a 72-hour ceasefire largely holding, fighting is continuing in parts of Sudan, with a lack of fuel, doctors, and access to food and money. Sudan's army chief has approved a proposal to extend the ceasefire for 72 hours. At least 459 people have been killed since the fighting broke out 11 days ago, and the World Health Organization expects "many more" deaths due to disease, a lack of access to food and water, and disruption to health facilities. Several countries have evacuated their nationals, and buses carrying evacuees are continuing to leave Khartoum despite soaring prices of fuel and bus tickets.
