Wagner leader blames Moscow for retreat in Bakhmut.

The leader of the Wagner mercenary group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has accused the Russian military of abandoning positions around the Ukrainian city of Bakhmut, leaving his men at the mercy of Ukrainian soldiers. Prigozhin appealed to the Russian Ministry of Defence not to give up the flanks and the village of Sakko i Vantsetti. Meanwhile, Russia continues missile attacks on various Ukrainian cities, with Kyiv claiming to have shot down 29 of 30 missiles launched at the capital overnight Wednesday.
