Israel Rescues Thousands of Gazans Trapped by Hamas

Israel has released video footage showing that it has opened an evacuation corridor in northern Gaza to allow residents to safely move to the southern portion of the strip as Israel conducts military operations against Hamas. Hamas has been preventing people from leaving, confiscating car keys, and shooting at those attempting to evacuate. Israel has made extensive efforts to urge residents to evacuate, including dropping pamphlets, making phone calls, sending text messages, and releasing satellite imagery showing Hamas roadblocks. Hamas is using civilians as human shields and committing war crimes.
