Russian Forces Launch Offensive to Retake Northeast Kharkiv in Ukraine War

Ukrainian authorities have ordered the mandatory evacuation of several villages and populated areas in the Kharkiv province as Russian troops advance on the territory. The evacuation applies to areas that were previously captured by Russian forces but liberated by Ukraine in September.
