K-9 Ends 40-Minute Standoff With Impaired Driver in Vancouver, WA

Bodycam footage from Vancouver, Washington shows a 40-minute standoff with a suspected impaired driver who refused to surrender; K-9 Midas was deployed through the driver's side window, enabling officers to take the suspect, Brandon Wells, into custody. Wells was booked on charges of attempting to elude police, driving under the influence, reckless driving and resisting arrest.
