Calls for Resignation of Veterans Affairs Lawyer Over Offensive Remarks on Israelis

A U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs attorney, Shekeba Morrad, is being investigated after posting a video on social media mocking Israelis as they pleaded for the return of their hostages taken by Hamas-led terrorists. The video, which has since been taken down, sparked outrage and calls for Morrad's resignation. The Department of Veterans Affairs stated that there is no place for antisemitism or bigotry within the organization and confirmed that Morrad is an employee.
