A breast cancer patient who underwent chemotherapy decided not to wear a wig after experiencing hair loss. She tried cold capping to reduce hair loss but still lost about 60% of her hair. Despite feeling unattractive, she embraced her hair loss and accepted herself for where she was in her healing. She found that being alive was the most beautiful gift of all.
