Intense Rocket Fire: Passenger Plane Lands Amidst Chaos
TL;DR
Dramatic video footage shows an Arkia Airlines flight successfully landing at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport amid a barrage of rockets fired by Hamas militants from the Gaza Strip. The Iron Dome missile defense system was seen in action as the plane approached. No casualties were reported in the missile attack that targeted several regions, including Tel Aviv, Rehovot, and Bat Yam. The ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas has led to flight cancellations, but commercial internal air links with Eilat, Israel's second international airport, remain operational.
