African Leaders Visit Ukraine Amidst Russian Missile Attacks

As African leaders visited Kyiv to propose "confidence-building measures" to halt Russia's war, Moscow launched a daytime barrage of airstrikes, bombarding Kyiv with a "massive combined attack" of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones.
