"Deadly Russian Drone Strikes Hit Ukrainian Cities"

A Russian drone strike on Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, killed seven people, including three children, and injured three others. The attack caused a massive fire that burned down 15 private houses and an oil depot, leading to fuel leakage. Ukrainian officials reported that 10 drones were launched, with eight being shot down. The Ukrainian air force said it destroyed 23 out of 31 Iranian Shahed drones launched by Russia overnight, primarily targeting the northeastern Kharkiv region and the southern province of Odesa. NATO member Romania also reported drone attacks on Ukraine's river ports near its border. Russia accused Ukraine of targeting its civilian transport vessels in the Black Sea with sea drones, while Ukraine did not immediately comment on the alleged attack.
