Deadly Russian Missile Attack Kills Dozens in Ukraine

Russia launched a severe missile barrage on eight Ukrainian regions, killing at least 25 people. The Kremlin called for expanding the development and use of drones. Ukraine has resisted Russian missile barrages throughout the fall and winter aimed at disabling Ukraine’s energy grid and sapping Ukrainians’ morale. Russia has continued sporadic attacks throughout spring as its military campaign to gain territory in Ukraine’s east has largely ground to a halt.
