A Russian drone strike on Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, killed seven people, including three children, and injured three others. The attack caused a massive fire that burned down 15 private houses and an oil depot, leading to fuel leakage. Ukrainian officials reported that 10 drones were launched, with eight shot down.
