Ukraine's ombudsman claims that the country's intelligence services know who was responsible for the beheading of a Ukrainian soldier, as Russia announces an investigation into the alleged war crime. Footage has emerged on social media showing two separate incidents, with mercenaries from the Wagner Group implicated in the beheading. Human Rights Watch has also accused Russian troops of unlawfully detaining and torturing people in and around the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson.
