Ukraine's Defense Intelligence Strikes Russian Targets with Drones

Ukraine's defense intelligence agency carried out drone attacks on a Federal Security Service (FSB) administrative building and an oil refinery in the Russian city of Kursk. The FSB building was hit, causing a fire, while the extent of the damage and any injuries remain unknown.
