The video, published by the DeepState Telegram channel, depicts two Ukrainian soldiers being shot dead by Russian soldiers after surrendering near the village of Stepove in Donetsk Oblast. The Ukrainian spokesman for the Tavria group of forces expressed concern, stating that the video provides glaring evidence of Russian war crimes, which he claims occur on a daily basis.
