Wagner Group's Rebellion Fallout: Updates and Downplayed Attacks.

Russian President Vladimir Putin thanked the Wagner Group fighters who halted their advance and offered them three options: to continue serving Russia by entering into a contract with the Ministry of Defense or other law enforcement agencies, to return to their family and friends, or to go to Belarus. US President Joe Biden sought to distance the US from the weekend rebellion in Russia, insisting that the West had nothing to do with the mutiny. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukrainian forces have made advances on all fronts. China's Foreign Minister Qin Gang claimed that Russia and China are "an important force in ensuring global peace and in promoting inclusive development."
