The Biden administration has determined that all sides in the conflict in Ethiopia's Tigray region committed war crimes and crimes against humanity, including members of the Ethiopian and Eritrean national armies, the Tigray People's Liberation Front, and forces aligned with the Amhara region. Secretary of State Antony Blinken called for those responsible for atrocities to be held accountable.
