"Houthi Rebels Strike US-Owned Ship Near Yemen, Raising Tensions"
TL;DR
Houthi forces in Yemen targeted the US-owned dry bulk ship Gibraltar Eagle with an anti-ship ballistic missile, causing limited damage to its cargo hold but no injuries. The Iran-backed Houthis have been attacking commercial ships in the area, claiming they are linked to Israel, despite recent US and British strikes on Houthi targets. The latest attack, along with an explosion near Hodeidah airport, indicates the Houthis remain undeterred in their actions.
