"International Diplomats Pay Tribute to Victims of Russia's Concert Hall Attack"
TL;DR
Ambassadors from over 130 diplomatic missions, including the United States, European Union, and other organizations, laid flowers at a memorial near the Crocus City Hall complex in Moscow to honor the victims of the recent concert hall attack. The ceremony, attended by over 250 people, aimed to show solidarity with the Russian people during this difficult time. The attack, claimed by Islamic State, left at least 144 people dead, and Russian investigators have alleged a link to "Ukrainian nationalists", a claim dismissed by the United States.
