NATO warns of China-Russia alliance's impact on EU relations.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen warned that China providing military equipment to Russia would "significantly harm" its relationship with the European Union. She also urged Beijing to use its influence to deter Russian President Vladimir Putin from acting on his recent threat to station tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus. Von der Leyen also encouraged President Xi to schedule talks with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy. The EU chief wants to redress unfair practices European businesses face in China, including "excessive data requirements" and "insufficient enforcement of intellectual property rights."
