Meanwhile, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida makes a surprise visit to Ukraine to meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, as Japan pledges $5.5 billion in humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Ukraine's Ministry of Defense said a strike destroyed Russian "Kalibr" cruise missiles that were being transported by train in the town of Dzhankoi, in Russian-occupied Crimea. Additionally, 18 European nations have agreed to jointly procure ammunition to "aid Ukraine and replenish national stockpiles."
