Russian Attack Damages Odesa Port Infrastructure in Ukraine

Russia has placed another International Criminal Court (ICC) judge, Tomoko Akane, on its wanted list after the ICC issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for war crimes. This comes as Russia continues its attacks on Ukraine, including a missile strike on the port of Odesa, damaging a cargo terminal and killing a security guard. China is also reportedly helping Russia evade Western sanctions and providing military technology for use in Ukraine. The U.S. has announced an additional $400 million in military aid for Ukraine, including air defense missiles, armored vehicles, and small drones.
