"UK Minister: Ukraine's Victory over Russia's Black Sea Fleet is Imminent"

UK Armed Forces Minister James Heappey stated at a conference that Ukraine's recent attacks on Russia's Black Sea Fleet have practically defeated the Russian Navy in the Black Sea, forcing them to disperse to ports where they cannot affect Ukraine. The fleet has suffered severe damage from strikes, including a missile attack on its headquarters that killed 34 officers and injured 105 soldiers. The victory at sea is deemed as significant as Ukraine's surprise counteroffensive in Kharkiv Oblast in 2022.
