Ukraine is urging Germany to send more air defense systems, tanks, and ammunition as it prepares to launch a counteroffensive against Russian troops. South Korea is considering options for providing lethal aid to Ukraine, while preparations for the counteroffensive are nearly complete. European leaders and top diplomats have visited Ukraine to discuss military aid deliveries to prepare for the counteroffensive.
