Ukraine's Delayed Spring Offensive Approaches Summer.

Ukraine's anticipated spring counteroffensive against Russia has been delayed due to factors such as weather, training, and lack of Western weapons. While Ukraine has received billions of dollars worth of weapons and ammunition from Western allies, much of it has yet to arrive. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers have been trained by the US and allies, but the final battalion is just finishing its course now. Ukraine has begun shaping operations, such as targeting Russia's forward lines with long-range artillery fire, in anticipation of the counteroffensive.
