War crimes accused Russian official causes UN walkout during Ukraine meeting.

The US, UK, Albania, and Malta walked out of a UN meeting led by Russia as Moscow's envoy for children's rights, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes, began speaking. The US and UK also blocked the video from being broadcast on the UN's website. Last month, the ICC levied arrest warrants against Russian President Vladimir Putin and Maria Lvova-Belova after accusing them of illegally deporting children from Ukraine to Russia. Russia has dismissed the warrants and said they were invalid.
