Tensions Rise as Drones Become Flashpoint in Russia-Ukraine Conflict

Residents of Kireyevsk, a small Russian town, expressed anger and shock after an alleged Ukrainian drone was downed over their houses, causing damage to roofs and ceilings and putting their lives in danger. Russia's Defence Ministry said it had electronically disabled the drone, which veered off course and crashed onto Kireyevsk, injuring three people. The incident has raised questions about why the drone was not shot down earlier and why it was allowed to crash over residential areas. Kyiv has not yet commented on the incident.
