Ukraine claims to have reclaimed several towns and villages from Russian forces in its counteroffensive, which began earlier this month. The Ukrainian General Staff said Moscow's forces "are in panic mode" and are sustaining "crazy losses in manpower." Russian oligarch and Wagner Group mercenary chief, Yevgeny Prigozhin, said it was too early to determine whether Kyiv was succeeding in its efforts.
