Massive German Police Raids Target Hamas Supporters Nationwide

German police conducted raids on the properties of Hamas members and supporters across the country, following a ban on any activity or support for the terrorist group. The raids, involving 500 police officers, targeted 16 properties in Berlin and other states, aiming to enforce the bans and investigate the groups further. Germany's domestic intelligence estimates that Hamas has around 450 members in the country. The crackdown on groups supporting antisemitism comes in the aftermath of the recent Israel-Hamas conflict.
