Ukraine's Air Force Receives F-16s for Enhanced Defense

Ukraine's Head of Air Force, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk, has confirmed that Ukrainian pilots have experience operating Western-made F-16 fighter jets, which have already landed on Ukrainian airfields. The country is preparing its runways and infrastructure to accommodate the F-16s, with plans to acquire the aircraft in the near future. Ukrainian pilots have begun training to operate the fighter jets, with a minimum training period of six months.
