Lebanon Mourns the Loss of Celebrity Chef Ramzi Choueiri.

Ramzi Choueiri, a Lebanese chef and culinary ambassador across the Arab world, has died at the age of 52. He was known for his innovative television cooking show, "Chef Ramzi," which had a daily audience of more than 8 million across the Middle East and North Africa. He also authored popular cookbooks, including "Culinary Encyclopedia" and "The Culinary Heritage of Lebanon." Choueiri was recognized with the Medal of Merit in Lebanon in 2003. He was also a philanthropist and CEO of the Al-Kafaat Foundation, a charitable group for children with physical challenges or financial needs.
