In-Flight Chaos: Escaped Rat and Otter Terrorize Passengers on Taiwan-Bound Flight

A flight from Bangkok to Taiwan was thrown into chaos when a rat and an otter, smuggled aboard by a passenger, escaped in the main cabin mid-flight. Passengers and crew members were terrified as the animals scurried around the plane. Upon landing, a police search revealed a box containing 28 live turtles, a snake, a marmot, two otters, and two other rodents. The investigation is focused on a female passenger who allegedly smuggled the animals through security. The woman may face a penalty of up to $31,000.
