Controversy Surrounds French Minister's Playboy Cover

French Minister Marlene Schiappa, a women's rights activist, has faced criticism from her colleagues, including Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne, for posing on the cover of the French edition of Playboy magazine. Schiappa defended her choice, stating that it's a woman's right to have control of their bodies. Playboy editor Jean-Christophe Florentin said Schiappa was "compatible" for the magazine "because she is attached to the rights of women and she has understood that it's not a magazine for old 'machos' but could be an instrument for the feminist cause."
