Israel demolishes EU-funded Palestinian school in West Bank

Israeli authorities demolished a Palestinian school near Bethlehem that was funded by the European Union, citing safety concerns and lack of proper permits. The Palestinian Authority and EU protested the demolition, with the EU calling it illegal under international law. Regavim, a nonprofit organization, claimed the school was one of 100 illegal schools in the West Bank used to cement Palestinian hold on open areas.
